Developer ordinance stays in Boca

Rookie City Councilman Anthony Majhess got nowhere with his attempt to force developers to adhere to traffic requirements for new projects in Boca Raton. He failed to get another council member to second his request to discuss the measure in Tuesday’s council meeting. Currently, developers can use a loophole in the law to skirt the requirements of the city’s MultiModal Transportation District.
