Distressed real estate group formed

Coral Gables-based Kreps/DeMaria Public Relations and Marketing, one of Florida’s largest privately held public relations and marketing firms, has branched into helping asset managers of distressed properties. The group has represented developments in Florida, Texas and Nevada, and has significant experience with distressed, REO and foreclosed properties. It coordinates sales efforts with appointed real estate brokers, develops web sites and assists with marketing campaigns. The group said it’s worked with developments with a value of $10 billion. TRD
