Restaurant owner’s home on the market

Shareef Malnik, a Miami Beach restaurant owner who has been linked romantically to Sharon Stone, has put his South Beach home on the market for $10.9 million. Malnik paid $1 million for the 222 Ocean Drive home, now the only single-family home on that road, in 1995. Malnik also closed his restaurant, the Forge, in late April, with plans to reopen it between October and December after a multimillion-dollar renovation.
