A lawsuit involving the former finance director of Boca Raton-based shopping center owner Woolbright Development said the company kept two sets of books, concealing its real expenses. Jonathan Porter was sued by Woolbright in March for allegedly taking the company’s proprietary database with him when he was fired in January for bad-mouthing the company to outsiders. The privately held company acknowledged that its finances face challenges. Porter filed suit on April 27 alleging Woolbright and company chief Duane Stiller demanded he provide false information to Principal Real Estate Investors and Key Bank.
