City commissioners approved the rezoning needed to expand the Banyan Bay Marine Center by reclassifying home sites for commercial use. Developer Jack Loos must  meet with skeptical residents before the final rezoning approval. Loos bought two houses to demolish and allow the marina to add buildings and begin to offer live entertainment.
