Foreign buyers snap up Florida homes

Orlando’s Fox 35 looks at the influx of foreign buyers into Florida. Foreign buyers are particularly interested in homes with pools and generally have only a few days to look at homes and need to see them on short notice, said Malte Strauss of Southern Realty in Orlando. Florida is the top state in the country for international buyers, according to the National Association of Realtors, and the largest numbers of foreign buyers come from Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, China, India and Germany.
