Promotion for Marcus & Millichap execs

Kirk Felici, regional manager in the Miami office of Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, has been promoted to vice president. He has worked in the Miami office since 2005. Marcus & Millichap also promoted Michael Fasano and Matthew Fitzgerald to vice president. Fasano serves as the regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office and Fitzgerald serves as regional manager of nine mid-market offices. TRD
