Miami foreclosures drop in May

There were 930 new foreclosures in Miami in May, a 6 percent drop from April of this year but a 5 percent increase over May 2008, according to the monthly foreclosure report for Miami, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle from PropertyShark.com.
