Palm Beach County houses undervalued

Consulting group HIS Global Insight said the pendulum has swung for Palm Beach County, where property is undervalued by about 32 percent. During the 2006 peak, it said Palm Beach County houses were overpriced by 41 percent. Properties on the Treasure Coast have swung from 51 percent overvalued in 2006 to 33 percent undervalued now.
