Realtors: a profile emerges

A typical Florida realtor has the following characteristics,
according to a new report: 58 percent are female, with a median age of
55; the median
gross income for a realtor is $32,000. Realtors with three to five
years experience earned $20,700; those with 16-plus years earned
$44,500 a year. The data comes from the 2009 Member Profile, Florida Report, compiled by the National Association of Realtors’ Research Division.
