Janitorial wholesaler Lagasse will move into a new space at the Flagler Station business park in the Airport West submarket of Miami-Dade County. The company signed a 240,000-square-foot lease last autumn. The Deerfield, Ill.-based subsidiary of United Stationers has 30 locations worldwide. Jones Lang LaSalle brokers Trevor Ragsdale, Michael Burns, Ed Lyden and Wayne Schuchts represented Lagasse in its site search.
