North Palm Beach lots sell for $10 million

Two oceanfront lots in North Palm Beach have sold for $10 million to Delaware-based Sea Acres Way LLC. The same company purchased the 1030 Sea Acres Way home adjacent to the vacant lots for $12.25 million at the beginning of the month. The combined $22.25 million purchase is the largest residential sale recorded in the area since the $23.5 million sale of 1565 North Ocean Way in September.
