Data collection firm RealtyTrac reported that one in every 148 housing units in Florida got a foreclosure filing in May. Though that’s a drop from April, the state still has the third highest rate in the country, and it’s a 50 percent increase from a year ago. Osceola County led the state’s 58,931 foreclosure filings with more than one in 57 homes in foreclosure, while Broward County had 11,325 notices. Palm Beach County had 3,782 notices.
