Family moves secretly into for-sale home

Carri Hastings moved with her two children into a $750,000 home on the market in Jupiter — without purchasing the house. Hastings lived in the 2,500-square-foot, five-bedroom house for five months without the knowledge of the homeowner or the broker. A real estate agent called police after going to the house to take photos for a listing and seeing people inside. Hastings and her children were removed from the home, though the homeowner said he would not press charges because children were involved. Hastings worked at a Jupiter title company, Tropical Land Title, that had done business with the homeowner.
