The supply of houses under $2 million is the fastest growing segment on pricey Palm Beach Island. Call it discount 33840, one of the most affluent ZIP codes in the country. Engel & Volkers associate Liza Pulitzer, who’s been selling Palm Beach real estate for 28 years, said that two years ago, a client seeking a house for $1.5 million would have been offered a building lot for $2 million. She says there are now plenty of houses in her client’s price range.
