Adam Kaufman, an Aventura developer who is accused of strangling his wife, Eleonora “Lina” Kaufman, has been released on bail. A judge ruled in early June that Kaufman would stay in jail until tried. But now Kaufman, 33, will be released on $500,000 bond, a circuit court judge ruled today. Prosecutors have alleged that Kaufman strangled his wife in the bathroom of their home and then claimed she had fallen and hit her neck.
