Residential inventory in Fort Lauderdale is selling off more quickly than the rest of South Florida, according to real estate consultancy Condo Vultures. Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Pompano Beach, reports a 30 percent inventory drop in single-family houses, condos, and townhouses in the last seven months dating back to Thanksgiving week. There are now about 26,000 unsold properties. Regionally it’s down about 25 percent in Miami-Dade County and 19 percent in Palm Beach County.
