Insurer to expand at Dadeland Towers South

Insurer InSource, one of the region’s largest privately owned full-service insurance, surety and employee benefits agencies, will expand its Dadeland Towers South lease in a renewal agreement for 13,176 square feet, brokerage Studley reported. The insurance agency in February will move from the second to the fourth floor of 9500 South Dadeland Blvd., in the Kendall/Dadeland submarket. Its space will increase by about 1,000 square feet, according to Studley Senior Vice President and Branch Manager Bob Orban, who represented InSource in the transaction.
