The housing boom is over, but J.P. DiMisa and his partners at New Century Companies can’t sit still. The developer has added and adapted to create Total Property Care, a landscaping and property maintenance operation that will care for houses that are already built. DiMasa said even vacant lots need maintenance to prepare for potential buyers, and his company’s appeal is that properties can get landscaping work from people who are also in the construction business.
