Stiles steps up service

Fort Lauderdale firm Stiles Corp. will boost its statewide third-party retail leasing services, the real estate company said. It has added a pair of leasing professionals and claims new contracts for more than 400,000 square feet including five shopping centers owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors. Stiles has a contract with PREI for the Shoppes of Las Ventanas, which includes 42,000 square feet of street-level retail within the mixed-use Las Ventanas development in Boynton Beach. It will also handle leasing and management at four Publix-anchored centers: Lakeside Square in West Boca Raton, Military Crossing in Greenacres, Hammock Cove in Naples and Naples Lake Village.
