Storm season prompts construction pickup

Boca Raton condominium complex One Thousand Ocean is getting its windows and doors in early, as well as its roof, a measure taken in advance of the tropical storm season. Jamie Telchin, president of development with Boca Raton-based LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels, the project builder, said getting the building enclosed will allow it to withstand the weather while the interiors are completed. Units range in price from $2.7 million to $15 million.
