Vegas Fontainebleau proceedings continue

The judge in the bankruptcy proceedings for Fontainebleau Las Vegas urged the developer and creditors to push ahead with their own arrangements in advance of court decisions. After a four-hour hearing, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge A. Jay Cristol on Monday gave the parties a chance to continue mediation for another week. He said every participant will likely suffer a little pain as the arrangements are settled. Construction has been suspended at the $3 billion resort.
