CBRE gets warehouse listing

CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a Hollywood warehouse property at 2950 Stirling Road. The 3.15-acre site is set up for large stand-alone manufacturing and distribution in its 78,058-square-foot space. The property includes 2,847 square feet.
