Law firm leases at Alhambra

Law firm DeMahy Labrador Drake Payne & Cabeza has signed an almost seven-year, 14,000-square foot-sublease for space on the penthouse level of the Alhambra International Center located at 150 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables, a transaction managed by Studley. The relocation into the 107,000-square foot office building takes the firm from its 11,000-square foot space at 2333 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, also in Coral Gables. TRD
