Novack wife gets scrutiny in killing

Investigators found inconsistencies in polygraph testimony from the wife of Ben Novack Jr, the Fort Lauderdale businessman found slain earlier this month in a suburban New York hotel. Novack, son of Fontainebleau developer Ben Novack Sr., was found beaten to death July 12 at the Hilton Rye Town in Rye Brook. A search warrant executed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and a subsequent lie detector test, showed “signs of deception” on the part of Narcy Novack, investigators said.
