CB Richard Ellis was recently named the exclusive sales agent for the property located at 4000 Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach. The property, consisting of 2.57 acres of heavy industrial-zoned land with three office and warehouse buildings totaling 13,500 square feet, is priced at $2.6 million.
