West Palm apartments sell for $4.3 million

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the $4.3 million sale of a 94-unit apartment building in West Palm Beach. The price came out to $45,372 per unit, according to Greg Matus, regional manager of the brokerage’s Fort Lauderdale office. The six buildings comprising the Haverhill Garden Apartments were all constructed in 1981 on over 7.63 acres. All of the units are two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. The property is located at 1909 Haverhill Road in West Palm Beach. Associates Daniel Cunningham and Derek Gibbs represented the seller of the property, two private investors from West Palm Beach and Hollywood. The listings agents also secured the buyer, a private investor from Wellington. TRD
