Palm Beach gets the headlines as South Florida’s priciest place, but data from Zillow shows a different story. Property in Manalapan, a few miles south, is worth $616 a square foot, ahead of Palm Beach’s average $584 a square foot home valuation. That covers single-family homes and condos, so Palm Beach’s wider property mix alters the results. At predominantly over-55 condos, the other end of the spectrum, Kings Point property is valued at $40 a square foot and Century Village has an average value of $37 a square foot.
