Tequestrian Farms bought a 5.6-acre equestrian complex from Kinloch Enterprises, a Virginia corporation whose principals are Janice and Robert Aron, paying $11 million for the property. Public records described the property as a 24-stall show barn with seven paddocks and four grooming stalls. It also has a separate two-story building with a four-bedroom apartment above a six-stall barn. Kinloch bought the property for $7.28 million in 2006.
