Moves and deals at CB Richard Ellis

CB Richard Ellis was named exclusive leasing agent at the Weston Corporate Centre I & II located at 2500 Weston Road and 2700 S. Commerce Parkway in Weston. The property is owned by BlackRock Realty advisors; the 149,000-square foot property has class A office suites from 1,000 square feet to 20,113 square feet.

CBRE also arranged the sale of Tamarac Commons, a two-building Key West-style office development in Tamarac. The 27,828-square-foot property was acquired by Tamarac Commons for the price of $2,575,000 or $92.53 per square foot. The seller, Yomtob Acquisitions, was represented by CBRE’s Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar and Kirk Nelson.

The firm also announced the promotion of Richard Levinson to First Vice President at its Fort Lauderdale office. He was previously manager of the CBRE Fort Lauderdale office and is a current executive committee member of the CBRE National Land Services Group. TRD
