The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 530 N. Mashta Drive in Key Biscayne, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The Dade County home, built in 1988, is on the market for $2.99 million, $309,000 less than its previous $3.299 million asking price. The property spans 10,000 square feet, including the house footprint and swimming pool. The home was originally put on the market July 30, 2008 for $3.91 million, and saw a price cut a year later. Mack Pearsall of Emerald Real Estate has the listing.
