The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bath Caribbean-style house at 211 Rivo Alto Drive on Rivo Alto Island in Miami Beach, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The Miami-Dade County home is on the market for $1.995 million, a price reduction of $455,000, or 19 percent, from the previous asking price of $2.45 million. The home’s listing price was $3.15 million when it first came online Jan. 28, 2008. The property spans 10,500 square feet including the house footprint and a swimming pool overlooking the Biscayne Bay. Nelson Gonzalez of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell has the listing.
