The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom contemporary style house at 3328 NE 16th Court in Fort Lauderdale, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The Broward County home is on the market for $2.999 million, after a price reduction of $496,000, or 14 percent, from the previous asking price of $3.495 million. This is the only price cut on the home since it first came online September 2008. The property spans 6,250 square feet including the house footprint and a swimming pool. Gary Stevens of Stephenberg Real Estate has the listing.
