Oxygen Development, a Deerfield Beach cosmetics company, announced it will move its operations to Palm Springs, and will create up to 800 jobs over the next five years. Palm Beach County Commissioners today vote on a $24 million bond issue to support the relocation to a 16.5-acre site on Congress Avenue, where Oxygen plans to build a 300,000-square-foot plant. The company would employ 350 to 400 employees when it first moves here and plans to expand to 750 to 800 workers.
