Property inventory shrinks

South Florida’s property inventory shrank 0.7 percent over the past week. There are now about 73,000 condos, townhouses and single-family houses on the market in the tri-county region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, according to a new report from Condo Vultures. That’s a drop of about 500 homes from the week ended Aug. 31 from the week ended Aug. 24. Regional inventory has dropped about 32 percent in the last nine months.
