The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condominium at 712 NE 25th Street in Miami, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The Biscayne Boulevard home is on the market for $1.3 million after a price reduction of $400,000, or 24 percent, from the previous asking price of $1.7 million. This is the only price cut on the home since it came online in late July. The 4,965-square-foot penthouse has water views. (Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
