Brunetti buys Azalea Village

Archstone Apartments, an Englewood, Colo.-based investment firm, sold the 384-unit Azalea Village Apartments to John Brunetti, owner of Hialeah Park. The $26 million price came out to about $68,000 a unit. Archstone bought the complex in 2001. Brunetti has owned the horse racing track since 1978.
