Restaurant returns to hot spot

The former site of Wolfie Cohen’s Rascal House, a Palm Beach County eatery that closed four years ago, will house a restaurant again soon. Copper Canyon Grill, a Columbia, Md.-based chain, will open a 6,600-square-foot grill, and has spent $3 million to develop the outlet. The company said it got 1,200 resumes for 200 jobs.
