The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 132 S. Island Drive in Golden Beach. The price of the Dade County home, built in 2005, was cut by $500,000, or 19 percent, to $2.2 million. The property, which spans 15,800 feet, was first put on the market June 12 for $2.9 million before seeing a price reduction July 28. Alexander Tukh of Wharton Realty is the broker.
