Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum filed suit against developer Ceebraid-Signal, which accused the developer of deceptive and unfair tactics to sell units at Eden Condominium in Boca Raton. The developer owes damages to 27 owners, according to a suit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. Only two of the four planned towers in the Eden complex were built, and only the 27 units were sold. The developer is trying to buy the units from the owner and convert the project into a high-end rental.
