The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condominium at 445 Grand Bay Drive in Key Biscayne. The price of the Miami-Dade County home, built in 1996, was cut by $500,000, or 22 percent, to $1.75 million. This price reduction was the first on the 2,950-square-foot property, which hit the market in November 2008 for $2.25 million. Luca D’Ottone of KB Realty is the listing broker.
