The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family home at 980 Mariner Drive in Key Biscayne. The price of the Dade County home, built in 2000, was cut by $600,000, or 10 percent, to $5.5 million. Brigitte De Langeron of Fortune International Realty is the listing broker. The property’s recently reduced asking price matches its original list price; the price was raised a few days after the property hit the market in June.
