Stiles leases in Las Olas

Stiles Realty said it has signed 26,532 square feet of leases in the region, including Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard retail district. On Las Olas itself, Asia Bay leased 2,400 square feet for a sushi restaurant and Art Cavixi leased 865 square feet for a gallery. The company also secured leases at the Village Shoppes at Pines Plaza in Sunrise, University Shoppes in Davie and Willow Plaza in Winter Springs. TRD
