Florida attorneys reported that homeowners with mortgage troubles often don’t know they’ve triggered problems in their mortgages. A report from the Consumer Mortgage Audit Center said 63.8 percent of attorneys said homeowners are realizing they signed on for more than they can handle, but often too late to ward off trouble.
