Biggest price cut of the day
The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family home at 8180 SW 47th Avenue in Coral Gables. The price of Dade County house was cut by $401,000, or 12 percent, to $3 million. The property was most recently on the market for $3.4 million, down from its original asking price of $3.8 million when it first went on the market in April 2006. The lot is 38,768 square feet including the home, a pool and two guest houses. Audrey Ross of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell has the listing.
