The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom single-family home at 1031 N. Venetian Drive on Biscayne Island. The price of Dade County
house was cut by $605,000, or 13 percent, to $3.9 million. The property was
most recently on the market for $4.5 million, down from its original asking
price of $4.7 million when it first went on the market in June 2009. The lot is
