Venezuelan conglomerate the Cisneros Group will take 12,900 square feet in the penthouse of 2020 Ponce, a new 14-floor office building in Coral Gables. It has its international headquarters in the Alhambra Towers in Coral Gables. Colliers Abood Wood-Fay handled the transaction. Florida East Coast Realty, founded by Tibor Hollo, built 2020 Ponce.
