Developer Falor faces cash question

High-profile condo developer Robert Falor, who sought to do massive conversions of the Tides, Breakwater and Edison hotels into luxury condo-hotel projects on Ocean Drive in South Beach, is under scrutiny from federal regulators. The Securities and Exchange Commission sued the Chicago-based developer for allegedly keeping money that should have been used for his projects and spending the money on himself and his family.
