The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family home at 1249 Biscaya Drive in Surfside. The price of the 7,000-square-foot Dade County home was cut by $1.1 million, or 18 percent, to $4.9 million. The property was listed for $5.9 million when it first hit the market in July. The home, which is a short sale, has a pool overlooking the water. Simone Oliveira of Piquet Realty has the listing. (Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
