Matricaria gets promotion at Marcus

National commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, named Richard Matricaria sales manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. Gene Berman, group managing director of the firm’s Florida offices, said Matricaria’s extensive experience in commercial real estate will give the firm more strength as an investment specialist. Matricaria will help extend the brokerage’s national market-making capabilities to clients in Fort Lauderdale and throughout Florida. Matricaria joined Marcus & Millichap in November 2000. He became an agent specializing in retail and office property sales in Fort Lauderdale and South Florida in 2002.
